My defective recliner rocker chair was purchased the end of June, 2021. After two months, a repair company, representing ABC Warehouse, came on site the last week of August, 2021. The technician determined the problem was a factory defect. After nearly two weeks, there is still No paper work or follow up from Either ABC Warehouse or J & S repair.
The ABC Warehouse toll free number 800-722-3333 HANGS UP or Doesn't answer, on 10 occasions over two days, September 1st and 2nd.
My contact at ABC Warehouse Heartline, their escalated service department, Indicated that ABC Warehouse has not received the paper work from J&S Repair. Why is that now my problem? I’ve been told to be a good boy and wait until I am contacted.
